gachamon: frosty the ice swirlix!

so we discovered this group and??? it's such a fun concept???
when you join you get a free starter roll to get your first gachamon.
the roll si randomized and will determine what kind of pokemon you get!
it can be a fusion, a type swap, or a regular mon.
there's other kinds of rolls you can do to get other special kinds and i love all the possibilities * 7 * !!!
you can breed and make more unique pokemon, you can level them up with art and such, it's just really cool

Reasoning: 

Swirlix is normally very cotton candy like and I wanted to keep the puffiness of it but give it the appearance of looking chilled.
It's a lot more dense than regular Swirlix because of its temperature. It produces icy mist around it on occasion!
So think cotton candy thrown in the freezer!
